Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare, draft, format, and review official letters, internal memos, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in compiling business documents, proposals, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records both digitally and physically.
- Liaise with internal departments, management team, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as ES/PA to senior management, preferably in a corporate setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Odoo ERP software (preferred).
