Executive Secretary / PA to CEO

KARACHI, Pakistan


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. 

  • Prepare, draft, format, and review official letters, internal memos, presentations, and reports.

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist in compiling business documents, proposals, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.

  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records both digitally and physically.

  • Liaise with internal departments, management team, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 5 years of experience as ES/PA to senior management, preferably in a corporate setup.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Hands-on working knowledge of Odoo ERP software (preferred).
