Manager Administration & Staff Officer to CEO

KARACHI, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Overall administration, facilities & logistics management; service contracts & maintenance; office supplies & assets; event & project coordination; regulatory, security & government liaison; medical center supervision; HR policy implementation, employee relations, compliance & performance management; and other duties as assigned by top management.

Qualifications, Skills and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Retired Army Officer (Major/Lt. Col) Arm/Svc: Infantry (preferred).

  • Should have MBA, MS & MA, minimum 5-6 years of post-retirement experience in administration, security or facilities management (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Hands-on working experience of Odoo ERP software (preferred).

  • Should have served as a protocol/liaison officer with high profile Govt. officials/Armed forces officers.

  • Should have PR in Govt. of Sindh departments, Rangers, Police and other law enforcement Agency.

  • Candidates residing in Askari I, Askari II, Askari III, or DHA (Karachi) will be given preference.

  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
