Sr. Sales and Application Engineer

KARACHI, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their fire detection and suppression requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design fire detection and suppression systems considering the hazard and environment.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to fire detection and suppression products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets for product expansion and growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Preparation of local purchase order as per site requirement.
  • Evaluate site application/ survey report and proposal.
  • Designing fire detection, alarms, and suppression systems.
  • Stay updated on product developments, new technologies, and industry standards through continuous learning and self-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Should have a BE (Electrical & Electronics), minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on working experience of Odoo ERP software (preferred).
