Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their fire detection and suppression requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design fire detection and suppression systems considering the hazard and environment.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to fire detection and suppression products.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for product expansion and growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Preparation of local purchase order as per site requirement.
- Evaluate site application/ survey report and proposal.
- Designing fire detection, alarms, and suppression systems.
- Stay updated on product developments, new technologies, and industry standards through continuous learning and self-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have a BE (Electrical & Electronics), minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on working experience of Odoo ERP software (preferred).
